Virtual reality technology to be used to tackle domestic violence

Virtual reality headsets that put domestic violence perpetrators in their victim’s shoes are set to be trialed in Britain after scientists found it cuts re-offending.

Spanish startup Virtual Bodyworks is in discussions with large companies to roll out the technology after successful tests by researchers at the University of Barcelona and the government of Catalonia.
